Deposit and cancellation policy
- Deposit policy
- 50% of total
amount is required to confirm your reservation for more than 3 nights.
- Total amount
is required to confirm your reservation for one or two nights.
- Be sure
to have your travel reservation on plane or ferry before sending your
deposit amount.
- Deposit
must be received at hotel within 14 days after reservation call.
- Hotel must be advised as soon as possible for any cancellation.
- 100% of deposit is returned if you cancel more than 60 days before date of arrival.
- 50% of deposit is returned if you cancel between 30 and 60 days before date of arrival.
- Deposit will not be returned if you cancel less than 30 days before date of arrival.
- Please note that $20. charges will be kept on your deposit to cover the administration on every cancellation.
